Many women coming out of toxic and narcissistic relationships find themselves deep in PTSD, anxiety, depression, and unimaginable confusion. You may feel isolated, overwhelmed, and unseen by the people around you. It feels like you are losing your grip on reality and your sanity.

I know that place. I’ve been there. And I want you to know there is a way through it.

Our work begins with safety. We focus first on regulating your nervous system and helping you come out of survival mode. From there, we begin rebuilding your connection to yourself, your clarity, and your capacity to think, choose, and trust yourself, others, and life again.

You don’t have to do this alone. Healing happens and life returns, laughter finds a home again. And often, life becomes more beautiful, meaningful, and even more powerful than before.

Hi, I’m Brandy

While I was finding my own way through severe anxiety, depression, and CPTSD after psychological abuse, I knew that when I made it through, helping other women going through this would become my mission. I never want someone to feel as alone and isolated as I did. It nearly took my life.

Even with my background as a mindset coach and my work in residential mental health treatment, I’d lost hope that I could recover. I couldn’t see a way out of the pain. Somehow, I kept going. I’ve since learned: I never give up.

Three years after that traumatic nightmare began, I am free from the anxiety, depression, and PTSD. More than that, I am Thriving! Happy, healthy, and whole on my own, living full-time in my rig and walking alongside other women who are still in pain.

How you can work with me

I offer one-to-one remote coaching by phone or video for women healing from toxic and narcissistic relationships. Sessions are held in a safe, trauma-informed space where we focus on nervous system regulation, mindset repair, and rebuilding a safe life that feels like your own again. I specialize in helping women create an entirely new lifestyle, as that was my path.

I work with clients remotely from my turtle shell home on wheels, Sheena Moondancer, wherever the road takes us. You can access support from me, wherever you are.
